Scheduled maintenance contracts
We can arrange to service your gate once a year. For most domestic properties once a year is fine – if the gate is used a lot then we could come more often. Regular maintenance will reduce the risk of the gate mechanism failing to work and should prolong the life of your gate system. Please call us if you would like to know more about a regular maintenance contract.
If you do not have a regular maintenance contract with us, we will still try and help you if your gate stops working, even if we did not install your gate in the first place. Please call us and we will see what we can do.
If a malfunction occurs, we would urge you to use your gate manually until you have spoken to us. Gates can be dangerous – please do not attempt to modify the gates or the gate automation system yourself.
